Job Description:
We are looking for a (Jr) Pricing Analyst, to be responsible for supporting day to day pricing activities in North America. This role can be based in or near to one of our facilities, as part of hybrid working.
Within this role, you will work with various stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, finance, logistics and sourcing to ensure accurate information for customer quotes, thereby contributing to business decision making. You will support local sales managers in preparing quotes. Ensure that due diligence checks are completed, and the quote cycle is finalized in the system. You will take the necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.
Typical Accountabilities:
Ensuring pricing targets are up to date
Train new users in GPX pricing tool and pricing processes
User issue resolution, providing support as needed
Manage backend tables in GPX pricing tool as needed to ensure accurate costing
Collection of user experience and pricing feedback
Monthly execution/reporting for Sales Incentive Plan
Perform ad hoc sales and pricing analysis to support business decision making
Requirements:

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $ 25.00 to $ 32.00 per hour. The base pay offered for this position may vary based on market data and other factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may be eligible for a short-term incentive in addition to base pay.

The Junior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the organization’s growth by providing broad-based collaboration with our Regional Sales Managers in support of our strategic initiative to drive greater excellence and effectiveness in our sales organization while also supporting our internal accounting and finance units.

Position Summary
PEOPLEASE is looking for a qualified Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. The purpose of the Accounting & Finance Department is to manage the planning and forecasting process through insightful analyses and information to enhance overall company decision making and profitability. The Junior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in the organization’s growth by providing broad-based collaboration with our Regional Sales Managers in support of our strategic initiative to drive greater excellence and effectiveness in our sales organization while also supporting our internal accounting and finance units.
An ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and execute the coordination of multiple projects within required timeframes and expectations; demonstrated excellence in communication skills; be able to inform both orally and in writing; working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Demonstrate the ability to perform detail-oriented tasks; interact, coordinate, follow up, and effectively communicate with Finance team members, regional teams, Senior Management, and Third-Party Administrators.
Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to function as a remote employee in a distributed work team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support the FP&A team through collaboration with accounting on the month-end close process and related analysis as needed
Assist in comparing actual results to budget/forecast and work with business partners to understand variance drivers
Analyze GL account data for discrepancies and variances
Assist in audits of proposed to actual pricing decisions ensuring accuracy
Assist in facilitation of risk plan audits
Forecast daily cash balances
Support the creation of presentations and responses to inquiries from various stakeholders
Assist in pricing-related changes within HRIS system as required
Ad hoc projects and other duties assigned by FP&A Manager
