About the Opportunity
Senior Director of Product Strategy is responsible for developing long term product strategy, providing thought leadership, and designing long term plans for portfolio of products at Ceridian. Reporting to Head of Product Strategy, this individual will be part of the Product leadership team, working closely with Product Management, Corporate Strategy, Sales, and Corporate Development teams. The position is virtual and will be working across multiple time zones.
What you'll get to do
Build a long-term view of emerging technologies, market themes, and the ecosystem, and product portfolio's role in it, with the intent of building long term product strategy around those vectors (e.g., Blockchain as an identity management technology)
Lead key select projects or major workstreams related to Ceridian's overall product strategy to ultimately drive recommendations to the Product & Technology Executives
Partner with other members of the Product leadership to frame cross-product strategy question and drive strategy projects and initiative flowing from that
Work closely with regional Sales and Services leaders and be a strategic partner and resource to them on all aspects of Product Strategy
Assess and drive product portfolio needs, pricing & objectives of the product portfolio under management and drive the strategy for build, buy, or partner.

Senior Director, Product Strategy

The Product Manager Lead Consultant is responsible for defining and delivering Allstate's Affordable, Simple and Connected (ASC) property products. The Product Manager Lead Consultant works with Product Line Management to understand and work with others to bring the strategic product vision to life. Salesforce Administrator / Business Systems Analyst
for our revenue tech stack with a major focus on Salesforce administration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Salesforce Administration
Manage the Salesforce platform, including processes and configuration changes impacting sales and revenue
Manage standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, data fields, and workflow rules
Lead user management activities, including the creation of user profiles, roles, and security validation
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to evaluate and identify issues, propose and implement solutions within Salesforce
Manage the process flow and integration with the billing and payment systems
Manage product catalog updates for subscription bundles and coupons
Develop and maintain user training documentation and videos, and provide support and expertise for user questions on reporting, internal process flows, and the sales pipeline process (lead-closing-receivables)

What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and management, with a strong background in data management and process improvement
Minimum 2 years of proven Salesforce administration in a SaaS environment
Experience with automation tools such as process builders and flows, as well as integrations within Salesforce and with external applications (Zapier, HelloSign, ChurnZero, Salesloft, Hubspot)
Experience working with subscription billing and payment software systems (Chargebee, Stripe, BlueSnap, GoCardless)
Possesses exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong drive to identify and resolve issues
Demonstrates a natural curiosity and eagerness to expand their skillset into areas such as data analysis, systems/project management, or advanced Salesforce administration

Data Analyst
The Data Analyst will work across the organization to support new and ongoing analytical initiatives. This person will be an early member of a highly experienced and passionate team and will play a key role in defining the future of the organization.
