Support recruitment, adaptation, onboarding and offboarding processes;
Maintain employee records, benefits records, and HR databases;
Process and maintain employee data, such as time and attendance records, payroll information, and benefits enrollment;
Provide support to employees on HR-related queries, such as policies and procedures.

The successful applicant will:
Provide full life cycle administrative support for the post-offer onboarding portion of the candidate life cycle.
Perform required compliance operations, including tracking required documentation and start date management.
Provide high-touch support for assigned new hires and hiring and career managers to ensure all post-offer tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Prepare for and answer new hire questions pertaining to preparation for day one orientation and be available to serve as a welcome ambassador at new hire orientation to assist with I-9 processing and start date compliance, as needed.

Job Description
The Junior Contracts Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and completing administrative tasks for the MPG Contracts Department. This role will work closely with the Contract Manager, Subcontract Administrator, and MPG leadership to ensure timely routing and completion of Department action items.

Process all subcontractor resource Onboarding/Offboarding requests submitted to the Contracts department
Use information submitted to create People in Unanet; requires collaboration with Program Manager, IT, and Accounting
Determine whether a subcontracting action is necessary and if so, notify the Subcontract Administrator
Review new Client contracts and Subcontracts, then create Customer and Vendor Organization records in Unanet
Manage Contracts Inbox, assess the nature of requests and documents that are submitted, then create/route tickets to the Contract and Subcontract Administrators as appropriate
Draft and issue Task Orders and contract modifications <$10,000.00 in value
Review, interpret, and act on Purchasing requests
