Position Summary:
Manages the Food & Beverage kitchen operation at Grand Canyon West. Responsible for services provided by the kitchen and ensures high quality standards for food production, speed of services, safety, facilities and guest satisfaction. Assists the Director — Food & Beverage with menu planning, ordering and inventory. Responsible for meal preparation, staff scheduling, sanitation practices and supervision of employees. Ensures employees are well trained and following sound health and sanitation policies and procedures at all time.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Prior leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Demonstrated ability to communicate well and interact with guests and staff in a clear concise manner. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train and develop Food & Beverage kitchen staff to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and handled promptly, accurately and courteously.
Foster a team environment, multi-task efficiently and maintain positive working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of food handling, preparation and monitoring, using sound health and sanitation practices.
Demonstrated ability to handle inventory control, ordering, stock levels and vendor management for Food & Beverage. Ability to identify equipment needs of the operation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Food & Beverage kitchen operations at Grand Canyon West.
Ensure sound health and sanitation policies and procedures are followed at all times. Monitor quality, safety and guest services standards to ensure the highest quality of Service.
Perform regular and timely Performance Evaluation discussions and documentation with members of team and promote team environment while providing individual growth opportunities for Direct Reports. Hold supervisors accountable for completing Performance Evaluations and discussions.
Assist Director in developing, communicating and implementing Food & Beverage policies and procedures. Monitors policies and procedures, watching for the possible need to change in order to improve or meet company objectives.
Assist with the annual budget, monitor Food and Beverage expenses to ensure company goals are met.
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned.
Ensure all communications are shared with employees in a timely and accurate manner, as appropriate.
Foster a team environment, multi-task efficiently and maintain positive working relationships.
Assist Director with menu planning, ordering and inventory. Responsible for meal preparation, staff scheduling, sanitation practices and supervision of kitchen employees.
Monitor and maintain stock inventory as well as equipment used in Food & Beverage operation.
Keep the Director — Food & Beverage apprised of all issues and informed on all Food & Beverage concerns. Fill in for Director in their absence.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Assist Supervisors with Disciplinary Process and Terminations.
Ensure Food & Beverage operations are running smooth by being out in the field.
Qualifications:
Good oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
High School Diploma or GED.
Prior Leadership experience in the cooking and serving industry. Restaurant or fast food industry preferred.
Current ServSafe Certification.
Preference given to Hualapai Tribal member.
Working Conditions:
Kitchen environment with exposure to heat. Must be able to work varying schedules, weekends
and holidays. Willingness to work in a remote location.

This position supports the Legal Department in managing and streamlining the contract review process, safeguarding data accuracy, and facilitating regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the entire contract negotiation process, from initial request and review to negotiation and execution. Ensure data integrity and adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the negotiation process.
Spearhead the implementation, governance, and ownership of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This involves ensuring swift approvals, seamless negotiations, and timely contract executions.
Review, redline, analyze, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including master service agreements, technology agreements, construction agreements, and NDAs.
Identify and assess potential risks associated with contractual terms, ensuring that contract terms are fair, reasonable, and aligned with the company’s risk tolerance.
Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with business owners across the enterprise as well as external suppliers, vendors, and partners.
Responsible for creating reports, summarizing findings in presentations, collecting metadata, and suggesting ways to reduce risks and boost efficiency.
Develop internal compliance programs to ensure regulatory, statutory, and contractual compliance and enforcement across the enterprise, including stringent insurance compliance measures.
Perform administrative tasks such as mailing, document copying and binding, scheduling, etc., as needed.
Provide other Legal support to all business units within the company.
Work Experience and Skills :
Minimum of five years of in-house experience in Contract Management, preferably within a highly regulated industry.
Having in-depth knowledge of contracting, from interpreting and understanding standard commercial contracts to redlining complex agreements and drafting simple addendums, Statement of Works, or termination notices.
Having a working knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
Prior experience in implementing and managing a Contract Lifecycle Management Tool; Experience with Ironclad or other similar CLM is strongly preferred.
Team player with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; capable of prioritizing requests appropriately while excelling in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
Ability to communicate complex contract issues effectively and to collaborate successfully with stakeholders, colleagues, and third parties.
Hands-on experience collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders aligning on organizational objectives and driving actions to achieve project completion.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of the construction/restoration business sectors is a strong plus.
Superior planning and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities and manage a wide variety of projects.
Strong listening skills.
Ability to balance urgency with thoroughness.

The Manager, Internal Communications is the leader of internal communications targeting Primrose Support Team members, Franchise Owners and School Leadership. Working cross-functionally and across all levels of the organization, this leader will drive stakeholder understanding, alignment, engagement, and action. The Manager, Internal Communications is a part of the School Effectiveness team and reports to the Sr. Director, Communications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·        Leads the development, management, and execution of master editorial calendar activities for internal communications.
·        Ensures content is distributed across all appropriate channels with a high level of accuracy and quality.
·        Supports execution of annual strategic internal communications plans and activities.
·        Manages communications activities to support company initiatives and communication campaigns.
·        Provide day to day leadership of a team, including providing mentorship, identifying development opportunities and leveraging talent as a resource for driving business results.
·        Consult with internal teams on content needs, advising on the best method and frequency of communication.
·        Champions Primrose culture by reinforcing unique terminology, brand standards, Primrose brand positioning, and platform strategy.
·        Serves as subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the organization.
Assists in supporting Franchise Owners in communicating with families and staff during a school issue. We seek to build teams of individuals who maintain trusted relationships, demonstrate accountability, influence without authority, have a service mindset, agility and curiosity. Our ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following skills and competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism
5 + years’ internal communications experience
Experienced with SharePoint platform and enterprise communications

Experience in a franchised-brand preferred
Has a strong understanding of current and developing communication channels
Demonstrated ability to create, implement, optimize and analyze integrated strategies to support desired internal communication outcomes
